 Australian Climbing Consultants is an outdoor adventure training company, based in the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, west of Sydney.
In an industry that is constantly changing, Australian Climbing Consultants specialises in professional, relevant, and up-to-date nationally accredited training programs, leadership development, climbing coaching, guiding, technical instruction and tailor made outdoor adventures.

We are fully insured, and are an accredited members of PACI (Professional Association of Climbing Instructors)
We are licensed to conduct adventure activities in New South Wales National Parks. License Number - BM 3045
Where do we operate?
Being based in the Blue Mountains, and we love to show our clients the magic of our backyard but we will go anywhere you want – anywhere round the world. Julian and Garth have delivered courses throughout Australia and overseas, including Europe, China, Malaysia and Vietnam.
All our programs are easily adaptable to the particular site requirements or the specific outcomes of our clients.

Garth Miller - National Climbing Champion
Director
Renowned both in Australia and internationally for cutting edge competition and rockclimbing performances, Garth handles climbing coaching, team development, corporate training programs and consultancy. He has worked extensively as a corporate trainer and facilitator and delivers motivational talks. Garth is considered one of the best trainers in building high performance athletes and teams.
Garth wins Escalade 2007 - Australia's most prestigious Climbing Competition.
The competition was held as part of the Easter Climbing Festival, held in the Blue Mountains.
Julian Andersen
Training Manager
Julian is one of Australia’s most highly qualified guides and industry trainers. Julian has been rock climbing and mountaineering for the past 15 years throughout the world. Over the past 9 years Julian has worked extensively in the outdoor industry, ranging from school students and “youth at risk” through to corporate training and development for some of Australia’s largest companies. Julian runs all our Nationally Accredited Training Courses.

Dave Gliddon
Dave is currently at Mt Buffalo, trying to climb the North Wall in winter. Dave is a highly skilled and qualified guide who spends his time guiding here, in China, and working as an IRATA qualified High Access Technician. Last year Dave spent about 100 days climbing a new route in Kyrgystan. Dave is part of the Project Dare team, an organisation which raises money for children around the world. Daves climbing plans
Allie Pepper
Allie is one of Australia's best high altitude mountain guides. She recently climbed Cho Oyu (8201m) in Tibet, solo and without oxygen. She has guided clients to the top of Mt Aconcagua (Argentina) seven times.
Allie manages and runs our mountaineering expeditions.
