Payment can be made by Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
We can organise Direct Deposit into our account, Bank Check or Money order, or COD if you are picking it up. For further information about payment options please contact us:

Shipping and Returns

Delivery:
Most deliveries are made through the Australia postal service. For other delivery options please email us sales@australianclimbing.com.au. Customers are given the opportunity to choose the type of postage/delivery service. It the event that postage is free of charge, items will be delivered via Australia Post. Items will be delivered to the address registered by the customer.

Delivery Times:
Please allow a period of up to 10 days for delivery.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of the purchase. In the event that the items have been dispatched, the customer is responsible from returning the items (and any associated costs) to us. These items must be returned in an unopened state.

Returns and Warranty
All items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty policies. Please contact us to organize the return of items for warranty assessment.
We cannot accept returns on safety equipment (excluding warranty claims) such as carabiners, ropes, and helmets etc. As we can no longer guarantee the history and safe working order of the safety equipment.
Please choose wisely.

Damaged Packages:
If you were to receive a damaged package or merchandise that has been damaged in transit, please save all packaging and materials including the box and the damaged items and contact us immediately and we will address the issue straight away.

Special Orders:
If you are looking for a product that is not currently on our website please contact us as the chances are we have it in stock and have not yet added it to our website or we can get it for you.

Information Collection and Use
Fitness 4 Work Pty Ltd t/a Australian Climbing Consultants is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Orders
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and method of payment. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. For your security Pinnacle Sports Pty Ltd does not retain credit card information after completion of your order.

Sharing
We may use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your post code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done at the member account page or by emailing our Customer Support.
